Hi, I’m Marie.

Since little, I love dancing and expressing myself through movements. In my late 30’s I suffered from back injuries, so I had to learn to move again slowly and gently while learning techniques to support my nervous system.

This led me to qualify in Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Mindfulness, Yoga for people impacted by Cancer, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Children.

It is natural for me to teach in a gentle way, creating a mindset without forcing, being more patient and curious. Your body responds better with the intention to heal it, connecting with it with kindness and love.

My classes are grounding, simple, and gentle, designed around breath and movements to build self-confidence and self-nurturing.

They are ideal for those seeking a space to unwind, find balance, strengthen, and restore. They are ideal for those who want to return to a movement practice after a period of not moving, including sickness and injury.

I am also trained to teach people with PTSD. I volunteer weekly for TheMovement Charity: https://www.themovementcharity.com

My Method

Let me help you to gain self-confidence in your movements and trust your body, whether you stop exercising for a while or have suffered from illness or injuries.

It can feel daunting to enter a place where everyone seems fit, flexible and confident when we want to come back to movements.

My method is to work on your nervous system and your range of motion to build your practice that is aligned with your vision through Yoga and somatic, and mindful practices.

Dream it

I create classes to support you to gain confidence, strength, flexibility gently step by step.

Build it

We will make your toolbox so you can do these movements wherever whenever.
